Our wheat twists have been made from our freshly stoneground wholegrain wheat flour and water, and nothing else.
Made in the traditional Italian way by extruding through bronze dies, and then slowly air-drying at a low temperature over days to preserve nutrients and flavour, our pasta has a naturally rough surface perfect for absorbing sauces.
